Viewing and downloading invoices

Zestly automatically generates a tax invoice for every payment and sends it to your billing email address. You can also view and download all invoices from within your account.

Accessing your invoices

  • •Go to Settings → Billing
  • •Scroll down to the Invoice History section
  • •You'll see a list of all past charges with date, amount, and status
  • •Click Download PDF next to any invoice to save it

Invoice details

Each invoice includes:

  • •Zestly's ABN (12 345 678 901) and business address
  • •Your business name and billing address (if provided)
  • •The plan name and billing period
  • •GST breakdown (for Australian accounts)
  • •Payment method used (last 4 digits)

Adding your business details to invoices

To ensure your invoices include your ABN or company name:

  • •Go to Settings → Billing → Billing Details
  • •Enter your business name, ABN, and billing address
  • •Click Save

These details will appear on all future invoices. To update past invoices with your business details, email hello@zestly.com.au with your account email and the months you need reissued.

Invoice emails

Invoices are sent to your account's billing email. This may be different from your login email. To update the billing email:

  • •Go to Settings → Billing → Billing Details
  • •Update the Billing Email field
  • •Click Save
