Changing your account email
Your account email is used to log in, receive notifications, and verify your identity. Here's how to change it.
Steps to change your email
- ā¢Go to Settings ā Account
- ā¢Under Email Address, click Change Email
- ā¢Enter your new email address
- ā¢Enter your current password to confirm
- ā¢Click Send Verification
Zestly will send a verification link to your new email address. Click the link in that email to confirm the change.
Until you verify the new email, your old email address remains active and you can still log in with it.
If you don't receive the verification email
- ā¢Check your spam/junk folder
- ā¢Make sure you typed the new email correctly (you can restart the process if not)
- ā¢Wait 5 minutes and try again
- ā¢If still not received, email hello@zestly.com.au from your current email address
Changing your billing email
Your billing email (where invoices are sent) is separate from your login email. To change it, go to Settings ā Billing ā Billing Details and update the Billing Email field.
Email used for Google / SSO login
If you signed up via Google (SSO), your email is tied to your Google account. To change it, update your Google account email first, then log out and back in to Zestly. If you encounter issues, contact support.
Security note
Changing your email is a sensitive operation. If you receive a change email notification but didn't initiate the change, contact us immediately at hello@zestly.com.au.
