Changing your plan
You can upgrade or downgrade your Zestly plan at any time from your account settings.
Upgrading your plan
- ā¢Go to Settings ā Billing
- ā¢Click Change Plan
- ā¢Select the plan you'd like to upgrade to
- ā¢Confirm the change
When you upgrade, you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle. For example, if you upgrade halfway through the month, you'll pay half the difference between your old and new plan price.
Your new plan limits (more accounts, team members, features) take effect immediately.
Downgrading your plan
- ā¢Go to Settings ā Billing
- ā¢Click Change Plan
- ā¢Select the lower plan
- ā¢Confirm the downgrade
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle ā you keep your current plan's features until then.
Important: If your current usage exceeds the limits of your new plan (e.g. you have 40 social accounts but are downgrading to Starter which allows 10), you'll need to remove the excess accounts before the downgrade takes effect. Zestly will notify you 7 days before the cycle end if action is required.
Switching between monthly and yearly billing
You can switch from monthly to yearly billing (and save 30%) at any time. Go to Settings ā Billing ā Billing Cycle.
When switching from monthly to yearly, you're charged for the full year upfront and your monthly billing stops immediately.
Switching from yearly back to monthly takes effect when your annual subscription expires.
