Zestly refund policy
We want every Zestly customer to be satisfied. Here's our refund policy.
7-day free trial
All Zestly plans come with a 7-day free trial ā no credit card required. You won't be charged anything during the trial period. The trial is the best way to evaluate Zestly before committing.
Monthly subscriptions
For monthly billing, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of the first charge (i.e. the day after your trial ends). If Zestly doesn't work for your business within those 7 days, contact us for a full refund.
After 7 days of the billing period, monthly charges are generally non-refundable.
Annual subscriptions
For annual billing, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of the annual charge. If you change your mind within 14 days, contact us for a full refund.
After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
- ā¢Zestly was unavailable for more than 48 cumulative hours in a month (we will issue a prorated credit)
- ā¢A billing error on our part resulted in an overcharge
- ā¢You are protected by Australian Consumer Law (ACL) rights
Australian Consumer Law
As an Australian business, Zestly complies fully with the Australian Consumer Law. If the service has a major failure that we cannot fix, you are entitled to a refund. We take these obligations seriously.
How to request a refund
Email hello@zestly.com.au with:
- ā¢Your account email
- ā¢The date of the charge you'd like refunded
- ā¢A brief reason for the refund request
We aim to respond within 1 business day (AEST). Approved refunds are processed within 5ā10 business days back to your original payment method.
