Cancelling your subscription

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how cancellation works.

How to cancel

  • •Go to Settings → Billing
  • •Click Cancel Subscription
  • •Select a cancellation reason (this helps us improve)
  • •Click Confirm Cancellation

What happens after cancellation

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You keep full access to all features until then — we don't cut off access the moment you cancel.

After the billing period ends:

  • •Your account switches to read-only mode
  • •Scheduled posts that are already in your queue will not be published
  • •You can export your data at any time

Scheduled posts

When your subscription ends, Zestly stops publishing scheduled posts. Any posts in your queue are saved as drafts in your account and can be retrieved if you resubscribe.

Data retention

Zestly retains your account data (posts, analytics, media) for 180 days after cancellation. After that, data is permanently deleted. If you resubscribe within 180 days, your data is restored in full.

To export your data before cancelling, go to Settings → Account → Export Data.

Reactivating your account

Simply log in at zestly.com.au/auth and click Reactivate Subscription. You'll be asked to confirm a plan and payment method.

Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy article for details on when refunds are issued.
