Updating your payment method

Zestly processes all payments securely via Stripe. Your card details are never stored on Zestly's servers.

How to update your card

  • •Go to Settings → Billing
  • •Under Payment Method, click Update Card
  • •You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe payment form
  • •Enter your new card details and click Save

Your new card will be used for the next billing cycle. If you update the card before a payment is due, the upcoming charge will go to the new card.

Accepted payment methods

  • •Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • •BPAY (contact support to set up)
  • •Bank transfer / invoice (Enterprise plans only)

Failed payments

If a payment fails (e.g. due to an expired card), Zestly will:

  • •Send you an email notification immediately
  • •Retry the payment after 3 days and again after 7 days
  • •Suspend posting if payment is not received within 14 days

Your data is never deleted due to a failed payment. Once a valid payment method is added, your account is restored within minutes.

Removing a payment method

You cannot remove a payment method while you have an active paid subscription. To remove a card, first cancel your subscription or downgrade to a free trial. Then go to Settings → Billing → Remove Card.

Tax and invoicing

Zestly is an Australian business (ABN: 12 345 678 901). GST is added to all Australian accounts. For international accounts, no GST applies.

Your invoices are emailed automatically after each charge and are also available to download in Settings → Billing → Invoices.
