Analytics reports in Zestly
Zestly's analytics show you how your scheduled posts are performing across platforms — all in one place.
Accessing analytics

Key metrics
Reach — how many unique accounts saw your post
Impressions — total number of times your post was displayed (a single user may see it multiple times)
Engagement — total likes, comments, shares, saves, and link clicks
Engagement rate — engagement divided by reach (a good benchmark is 1–5% for most platforms)
Link clicks — tracked when you use a Zestly link or UTM parameter
Follower growth — net new followers over the period
Top posts
The Top Posts section ranks your content by engagement rate in the selected period. Use this to understand what type of content resonates most with your audience.
Best time to post
On Pro plans, the Best Time to Post chart shows when your followers are most active, broken down by day of week and hour. Use this to inform your scheduling.
Comparing accounts
Use the Side-by-Side view to compare performance across multiple social accounts or compare the same account across two time periods.
Exporting reports
Click Export to download your analytics as:
- •PDF — formatted report, great for client presentations
- •CSV — raw data for your own analysis in Excel or Google Sheets
On Pro and Enterprise plans, you can schedule automated monthly reports to be sent to your email or directly to a client.
