Inviting team members
Zestly supports collaborative workflows with role-based permissions. You can invite internal team members and external clients (for approval workflows).
Team roles
Admin
- •Full access to all features
- •Can connect/disconnect social accounts
- •Can manage billing and workspace settings
- •Can invite and remove other members
Editor
- •Can create, edit, schedule, and delete posts
- •Can view analytics
- •Cannot access billing or workspace settings
- •Cannot connect new social accounts
Approver (Client)
- •Can view scheduled posts and leave approval/rejection comments
- •Cannot create or edit posts
- •Cannot see billing or team settings
- •Ideal for clients who need to sign off on content before it goes live
How to invite a team member
- •Go to Settings → Team in your dashboard
- •Click Invite Member
- •Enter their email address
- •Select their role (Admin, Editor, or Approver)
- •Optionally restrict which social accounts they can see
- •Click Send Invite
The invited person will receive an email with a link to join your workspace. If they don't already have a Zestly account, they'll be prompted to create one (free - they don't need a paid plan to join your workspace).
Managing existing members
From Settings → Team you can:
- •Change a member's role at any time
- •Remove a member from the workspace
- •Resend an invite if someone didn't receive it
Team member limits
- •Starter - up to 3 team members
- •Pro - unlimited team members
- •Enterprise - unlimited, with SSO support
*Note: Approvers (clients) do not count toward your team member limit on any plan.*
