Inviting team members
Zestly supports collaborative workflows with role-based permissions. You can invite internal team members and external clients (for approval workflows).
Team roles
Admin
- ā¢Full access to all features
- ā¢Can connect/disconnect social accounts
- ā¢Can manage billing and workspace settings
- ā¢Can invite and remove other members
Editor
- ā¢Can create, edit, schedule, and delete posts
- ā¢Can view analytics
- ā¢Cannot access billing or workspace settings
- ā¢Cannot connect new social accounts
Approver (Client)
- ā¢Can view scheduled posts and leave approval/rejection comments
- ā¢Cannot create or edit posts
- ā¢Cannot see billing or team settings
- ā¢Ideal for clients who need to sign off on content before it goes live
How to invite a team member
- ā¢Go to Settings ā Team in your dashboard
- ā¢Click Invite Member
- ā¢Enter their email address
- ā¢Select their role (Admin, Editor, or Approver)
- ā¢Optionally restrict which social accounts they can see
- ā¢Click Send Invite
The invited person will receive an email with a link to join your workspace. If they don't already have a Zestly account, they'll be prompted to create one (free ā they don't need a paid plan to join your workspace).
Managing existing members
From Settings ā Team you can:
- ā¢Change a member's role at any time
- ā¢Remove a member from the workspace
- ā¢Resend an invite if someone didn't receive it
Team member limits
- ā¢Starter ā up to 3 team members
- ā¢Pro ā unlimited team members
- ā¢Enterprise ā unlimited, with SSO support
*Note: Approvers (clients) do not count toward your team member limit on any plan.*
