How to create your Zestly account

Step-by-step guide to signing up for Zestly and getting your workspace ready.

Creating your Zestly account

Getting started with Zestly takes less than two minutes. Here's exactly what to do.

Step 1 — Go to the sign-up page

Visit zestly.com.au/auth and click Start Free Trial. You don't need a credit card for the 7-day trial.

Step 2 — Enter your details

Fill in:

  • •Your full name
  • •A business email address (personal Gmail works fine too)
  • •A strong password (at least 8 characters)

Click Create Account.

Step 3 — Verify your email

Check your inbox for a verification email from hello@zestly.com.au. Click the Verify Email button inside. If you don't see it within 2 minutes, check your spam folder.

Step 4 — Complete your workspace setup

After verifying, you'll be taken through a short onboarding flow:

  • •Your workspace name — This is usually your business or agency name. It appears on your dashboard and in client-facing approval links.
  • •Your industry — Helps Zestly personalise AI caption suggestions.
  • •Your time zone — Critical for scheduling posts at the right local time. For most Australian users, choose AEST (UTC+10) or AEDT (UTC+11) depending on daylight saving.

Step 5 — Connect your first social account

Tip: If you're signing up on behalf of a client or agency, use your agency's email domain. You can invite your client as a team member later with read-only or approval permissions.
